WebTure Group® Global Solutions ("WebTure") is a leading provider of webtures, webinars and web events services. We have developed this Web site (the "WebTure Site") to provide you with access to these services. We understand your need for privacy when using the Web for your communication. This policy discloses WebTure's practices with respect to the collection, use and disclosure of user information collected through the WebTure Site and through your use of WebTure services.

What This Privacy Policy Covers

• This policy covers how WebTure treats personal information that WebTure collects and receives, including information related to your past use of WebTure products and services, your use of www.WebTureGroup.com, www.bulldogsolutions.net and/or any WebTure web sites. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.

1. NOTICE.
In connection with the operation of the WebTure site we will ask you to provide us with information that personally identifies you or allows us to contact you ("Personal Information") when, among other things, you register on the WebTure Site, use one of our services, fill out a survey, make a request for information, or enter a sweepstakes or contest through the WebTure Site. We will use the Personal Information that you provide us in these circumstances to operate the WebTure Site, to provide, deliver, bill and collect for services to satisfy WebTure’s legitimate business interests, such as customer analysis and internal marketing study and analysis, and to provide information that you request from the WebTure Site ("Primary Use"). Unless you instruct us not to do so, WebTure may also use the Personal Information that you provide us to contact you regarding additional or new services and features offered by WebTure, special offers by WebTure, or important information regarding WebTure ("WebTure Secondary Use"). In addition, with your permission, we may provide your Personal Information to other companies who may contact you regarding products, services, and offers that may be of interest to you, but that are not directly related to WebTure or the WebTure Site ("Third Party Secondary Use").
WebTure may provide Personal Information to vendors that assist WebTure in processing the information. WebTure requires such vendors to enter into agreements with WebTure prohibiting disclosure of the information to others and restricting its use to providing the contracted services of WebTure.
WebTure services and products are developed for the use of, and distributed to, third party clients. WebTure encourages its clients to adopt privacy policies similar to, or more stringent than, its own. WebTure sells its services and products only to reputable and ethical clients. WebTure cannot be held responsible if a client chooses unethical or immoral use of the information that the WebTure products gather.

This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that WebTure does not own or control, or to people that WebTure does not employ or manage.

2. CHOICE.
As we noted above in Section 1, we will not use your Personal Information for any Third Party Secondary Uses unless you affirmatively choose to participate in such Secondary Uses. You may also stop the delivery of informational or promotional mail from us by following the instructions included in the informational or promotional mail itself.

3. ACCESS.
When you register to use any of the services offered by WebTure, WebTure will send you a confirmation of your registration showing the Personal Information that we obtained from your registration. Also, we will take reasonable steps to give you the opportunity to correct inaccuracies in the Personal Information we retain concerning you and delete Personal Information concerning you upon your request.

4. SECURITY.
The Personal Information that we collect from you is stored in operating environments that employ reasonable security measures and that are not available to the general public. In the case of credit card numbers and other financial information, your Personal Information is encrypted for even greater protection. WebTure is not responsible, however, for unauthorized access to such information by hackers or others that obtain access through illegal measures, in the absence of negligence on the part of WebTure. Further, the other sites that you may access through the WebTure Site may have different security practices and you should familiarize yourself with those practices.
You are responsible for the confidentiality and security of passwords that WebTure issues to you. If you believe that a third party has obtained your password in an unauthorized manner, please notify us promptly.

5. INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
  • WebTure does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances: Trusted third parties: With your consent, we will make your Personal Information available to trusted third parties who offer products and services we think may be of interest to you so that you can receive information or opportunities related to those products and services. A trusted third party may use shared information in accordance with its own privacy policy ; We transfer information about you if WebTure is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, WebTure will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
  • WebTure displays targeted advertisements based on personal information. Advertisers (including ad serving companies) may assume that people who interact with, view, or click on targeted ads meet the targeting criteria - for example, women ages 18-24 from a particular geographic area. o WebTure does not provide any personal information to the advertiser when you interact with or view a targeted ad. However, by interacting with or viewing an ad you are consenting to the possibility that the advertiser will make the assumption that you meet the targeting criteria used to display the ad. Email Communications to our Users WebTure sends email communications to our users in connection with our providing the Bulldog Solution services. The following outlines the types of email WebTure sends to our users, and the choices you have about which messages to receive.
  • Messages required to service lecture or seminar or event registrations: WebTure will send you email notifying you of your event details. We may also send you communications related to your upcoming event, for example reminding you of the details, or when those details change.
  • Messages required to service your WebTure account: WebTure may send newly registered users a welcoming email, as well as messages confirming each event you register for at WebTureGroup.com; confirming your account changes; inviting you to participate in customer surveys; and informing you of important product or service updates related to our core business.
  • Marketing messages about WebTure: We may send you marketing messages related to our services you receive, for example, encouraging you to register for more Webinars or extend your Web event presence.
  • Optional marketing messages from WebTure: Registered users may also occasionally receive information or special promotions from WebTure about additional services. You may update your preference with regard to receiving such messages by opting out in the footer of each email.
  • Optional marketing messages from trusted third parties: With your consent, WebTure may share your Personal Information with trusted third parties so that you may receive information or opportunities from them about relevant products and services they offer. You may update your preference by opting out in the footer of each email.
6.  COMPLAINTS.
If at any time you believe that we have acted contrary to this Privacy Policy, please notify us by email at webmaster@WebTureGroup.com and we will takes steps to investigate and will use reasonable measures to remedy the problem.

7. DISCLOSURE FOR LEGAL PURPOSES.
We may disclose Personal Information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary: (a) to conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on us or our affiliates, (b) to protect and defend our rights or property or those of our users, (c) to protect the personal safety of our users or the public, or (d) in connection with a merger, consolidation or sale of substantial assets of WebTure. As we continue to develop our business, we might buy or sell assets related to our business. In such transactions Personal Information generally is one of the transferred business assets. Also, in the event that WebTure or substantially all of its assets are acquired, Personal Information will be one of the transferred assets.

8. ANONYMOUS INFORMATION.
Please understand that, in addition to collecting Personal Information, WebTure will also gather information that does not personally identify you regarding your use of the WebTure Site ("Anonymous Information"). The Anonymous Information that we collect regarding your use of the WebTure Site may be used by us to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts on the WebTure Site, for improving the services we offer to you, to improve the WebTure Site, or to share with third parties for other purposes. For example, we might use this Anonymous Information to inform our advertisers how many users visited a particular advertisement, and for how long, so they can measure whether the advertisement was effective. Generally, you will not be aware when such Anonymous Information is being collected about you - it may be collected in various ways, such as through traffic data or direct surveys of our customers and may entail the use of, among other things, cookies, IP addresses, or other numeric codes used to identify the computer or other device used to access our site.

9. COOKIES.
We use cookies to provide you with better service. Cookies are pieces of information that a Web site transfers to your computer's hard disk for record-keeping purposes. Cookies can make the Web more useful by storing information about your preferences for a particular site. 10. VENTURING OFF THE WEBTURE SITE.
The WebTure Site may contain banner advertisements and hyperlinks that can take you to Web sites run by other third parties ("Third-Party Sites"). Any hypertext or other links to third party Web sites from the WebTure Site are provided solely as a convenience to you. If you use these links, you will leave the WebTure site. WebTure has not reviewed all of these third party sites and does not control and is not responsible for any of these sites or their content or practices. Thus, WebTure does not endorse or make any representations about them, or any information, software, or other products or materials found there, or any results that may be obtained from using them. If you decide to access any of the third party sites linked to the WebTure site, you do this entirely at your own risk.

Remember, this Privacy Policy only applies to the WebTure Site. When you are no longer on the WebTure Site, you may encounter different privacy and security practices and you should familiarize yourself with those practices each time you visit a new site.

11. Confidentiality and Security

  • We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.
  • We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with legal regulations to protect personal information about you.
12. 'No Spyware' Policy
WebTure does not contain Spyware. Spyware is software that is installed deceptively to gather information about you without your knowledge. This can include centrally recording your personal internet usage, monitoring your keyboard strokes or capturing personal information. If you think that you downloaded and/or installed spyware, we suggest reporting it on the alt.privacy.spyware newsgroup. Available on Google Groups.

13. MODIFICATIONS.
WebTure reserved the right to modify the Privacy Policy at any time. Please review the Privacy Policy each time you use the WebTure Site or the Services, as your continued use of the WebTure Site and the Services signifies your assent to such modifications.
